Monthly USD pricing uses one selected rate for every active property. No revenue share and no per-message fees.
How the pilot works
The 14-day pilot covers one property with no card and no charge. There is no automatic paid conversion; explicit price-and-terms consent is required before the first paid subscription.

Every plan shares the same integration truth table — what's included, what's available on request, and what's on the roadmap. The pills below show the per-status count; the row beneath names every channel exactly once.
Status reads from the same registry the /integrations directory uses. A plan that lists a channel here cannot promise it without a corresponding CATEGORIES row — the catalog stays synchronized with the public bands.

Monthly total = active property count × the selected band rate. 1–3 Properties are $15 USD/property/month; 4–9 Properties are $10 USD/property/month; 10–29 Properties are $7 USD/property/month; 30+ Properties are $5 USD/property/month.
One selected rate applies to every active property.

Active properties
Active properties are counted for the billing period. The selected band rate applies to every active property in that count.
Mid-cycle changes & proration
The next server calculation uses the current active-property count and selected band. The selected rate applies to the full active count, with no separate line items added.
Renewal cadence
Subscriptions renew monthly in USD using active property count × the selected band rate.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel from your dashboard at any time. The paid period remains active, then no further charges are made.
Cancellations stop future charges but do not automatically refund the current billing period. Pro-rated refunds are granted at our discretion for documented service issues, when requested within 14 days of the charge. We do not refund for partial-month usage, voluntary cancellation, or unused capacity.
